SALE TERMS

1. It is hereby informed that "Tanisi Info Solutions Private Limited" (www.microcenterindia.com) is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
2. Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse.
3. We provide proper GST invoices against all the products we sell. If you need your company's GST Number on the invoice, kindly mention it in the comment box while placing your order. Additionally, you will need to provide a copy of your GST certificate for GST invoicing purposes.
4. Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form a complete system unless explicitly specified as a “New PC System.”
5. Any products purchased from us for special usage in abnormal environments (i.e., other than normal usage) should be informed to us at the time of purchase; otherwise, the warranty will be considered void.
6. Customers must make an unboxing video upon receiving the product to document its condition. Any claims for damages during transit will only be accepted if supported by this unboxing video.
7. Physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering with warranty stickers is not covered under warranty. All products sold by us require installation by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer.
8. Tanisi Info Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.
9. The court at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising out of this sale contract.

WARRANTY & RMA TERMS

1. All products sold by us are under carry-in warranty only. Shipping charges for sending and receiving products for RMA are to be borne by the buyer for cases outside our policy window.
2. On-site warranty is subject to the brand’s service coverage. If your area is not covered, warranty service will automatically default to carry-in service.
3. Our shipping service for RMA products does not include insurance for damage during transit. We are not liable for any damages caused during shipping.
4. Warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer or distributor as applicable. In case of any issues with warranty claims, feel free to contact us for guidance.
5. Customers are required to send a copy of the purchase invoice for warranty purposes.
6. Goods must be in good physical condition to be eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
7. The warranty will be considered void if the product shows signs of mishandling, such as broken or burnt pins, cracks, missing or tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers.
8. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s policy and timeline. Service delays are not the responsibility of Tanisi Info Solutions Private Limited.
9. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes damages caused by mishandling, improper usage, or environmental factors like power surges.
10. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s or supplier's policy.
11. Warranty service will only be provided if full payment is made on the due date.
12. This warranty and RMA service is a goodwill gesture to assist customers and is not guaranteed for a lifetime. Tanisi Info Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to discontinue this service without prior notice.
