A white 140mm PWM fan with PST daisy chaining. This is the standard P14, not the Pro, so it tops out at 1700 RPM rather than 2500, which makes it quieter and lower airflow.

P14 or P14 Pro
The Pro reaches 2500 RPM, 110 CFM and 5.2 mmH2O. This standard P14 reaches 1700 RPM, 72.8 CFM and 2.4 mmH2O. If your fans sit in open case positions and you want quiet, the standard P14 is the better fit and it costs less. If they go on a radiator or behind a restrictive filter, buy the Pro for the static pressure.
The 200 RPM minimum means it can run genuinely quietly at idle.
