A 120mm server fan in a 38mm deep frame, turning up to 4,000 RPM. The extra depth over a standard 25mm fan gives it a thicker blade and much higher static pressure, and the dual ball bearing runs in a brass housing for a longer service life at temperature.

Where a 120x38mm fan makes sense
Thick radiators, dense server heatsinks, and drive cages full of spinning disks. A conventional 25mm 120mm fan runs out of static pressure against those and simply stalls. At 11.45 mmH2O this one pushes through.
Check the 38mm depth. Most 120mm mounting positions in desktop cases assume 25mm. An extra 13mm frequently means the fan will not fit, or will foul a radiator or a memory module.
Check the 2510 connector pitch against your fan header before ordering.
