Understand what 8,000 RPM means
This fan is very loud at full speed. 220 CFM from a 120mm frame is roughly three times what a strong desktop fan produces, and the noise scales accordingly. It is a machine room part.
The 4K version of the same fan gives 106 CFM at 11.45 mmH2O and is dramatically quieter. Unless you have measured a genuine airflow shortfall, the 4K is the one to buy.
Check the 38mm depth and the 2510 connector pitch before ordering.
