ARCTIC S8038 10K 80mm High Static Pressure Server Fan 10000 RPM

An 80mm server fan that turns at up to 10,000 RPM and generates 51 mmH2O of static pressure. That pressure figure is roughly ten times what a good desktop case fan produces, and it is what lets air move through the dense heatsinks and packed drive cages inside a rackmount chassis.

Read this before ordering

At full speed this fan is extremely loud. A 10,000 RPM 80mm fan is a scream, not a hum. That is what it is for. It belongs in a 1U or 2U rack chassis in a server room, or in a dense NAS. Do not put it in a desktop.

Note the 2510 connector pitch. Server fan headers commonly use a smaller pitch than the 2.54mm standard desktop headers use. Check what your board or backplane takes before ordering, an adapter may be needed.

The 38mm depth is also not standard. Most 80mm mounting positions expect a 25mm fan. Verify the clearance.
