COUGAR UNITY 240-FB ARGB Forward Blade Single Frame Fan Unit Black

The COUGAR UNITY 240-FB is two 120mm forward blade fans built into one rigid frame. Instead of mounting two separate fans and running four cables, you fit one unit with a single 4 pin PWM lead and a single 3 pin ARGB lead. The frame fixes the spacing, so the lighting strip runs unbroken and there is no gap between the fans.

Forward blade or reverse blade

This is the forward blade version, which is the higher performance one. It reaches 2500 RPM and 78.2 CFM. The reverse blade UNITY 240-RB tops out at 1600 RPM and 49.01 CFM, but blows air the other way so the visible face stays clean when mounted as an intake behind glass. Pick forward blade for cooling, reverse blade for looks.

Important: this is not a liquid cooler

The 240 refers to the frame width, matching a 240mm radiator footprint. There is no pump, no radiator, no waterblock and no CPU socket hardware. Several retailers file the UNITY range under liquid cooling because of the number in the name. It is a pair of case fans.
