Fractal Design Torrent Compact RGB Black TG Light Tint E-ATX Mid Tower Cabinet

The Torrent architecture in a 450mm deep chassis. The power supply still moves to the top, the floor is still an open filtered intake, and two 180mm addressable RGB fans still sit behind the open front grille. What you give up versus the full size Torrent is the three factory fitted base fans and some clearance.

Why the top mounted PSU matters

Relocating the PSU to the top opens up the whole floor as an intake. On the Compact that base position is present and filtered but ships empty, so you can add fans or a radiator yourself.

The fans

Two 180 x 38mm Prisma AL-18 PWM addressable RGB fans at the front. A Nexus 9P Slim PWM hub is pre installed. Note that 180 x 38mm is a Fractal specific thick format, not a commodity size.
