What you are and are not getting
No 12VHPWR or 12V-2x6 connector, and this is not an ATX 3.x unit. A graphics card with a 16 pin connector would need the adapter from its own box, and at 550W such a card is out of scope anyway.
Non modular means every cable is permanently attached. Plan for a bundle of unused leads behind the motherboard tray. In a small case that is a real constraint.
The fan uses a sleeve bearing, which is the cheapest type. It is fine for a machine that lives on a desk and gets switched off, less good for one that runs continuously. The 750W model in this range uses a hydraulic bearing instead.
Right for: a build with integrated graphics or a card in the RTX 4060 or RX 7600 class, paired with a mainstream processor.
