The 1000W Hydro G PRO in ATX 3.1 form is FSP's mainstream choice for a high end single card build. Fully modular, 80 PLUS Gold, and fitted with a native 12V-2x6 connector so the graphics card takes one cable straight from the supply.

FSP has sold the Hydro G PRO 1000W under three different specifications. The legacy unit is ATX12V V2.5 with no 12VHPWR. A GEN5 revision carries the earlier 12+4 pin connector. This is the current ATX 3.1 model with the revised 12V-2x6 connector. Cheaper listings of the same name are usually one of the older two.
Sizing: 1000W with ATX 3.1 transient headroom covers a 4090 or 5090 class card paired with a high core count CPU. If your build is a mid range card, 850W is enough and cheaper.
