The clearance is the selling point
445mm of GPU room in a Micro-ATX case is well above the 330 to 360mm typical of the class, so any current graphics card fits. The 285mm width is what buys that clearance, so check your desk or shelf depth.
Lighting is motherboard controlled, not case button controlled. A board with a 5V ARGB header is needed to change the effects.
