Hell Let Loose Vietnam PS5 Game

A standalone realistic warfare shooter set in Vietnam, built in Unreal Engine 5 by Expression Games. You do not need the original Hell Let Loose to play it. Matches are 50 versus 50, fought over large maps where a squad that ignores its Squad Leader tends to die quickly.

Two asymmetric factions

The US Armed Forces get helicopter access. The North Vietnamese Army and Viet Cong build tunnel networks. They do not play the same way and are not meant to.

Roles and units

17 specialised roles across six unit types: Command, Infantry, Recon, Armour, Helicopter and Mortar Squad. Squads of around six report to a Squad Leader who reports to Command.

Vehicles and terrain

Helicopters for the US side, armed river patrol boats for both, plus armour. The river network is a combat pillar in its own right rather than scenery. Six large launch maps based on real locations and operations, with more planned.
