Most motherboards give you two internal USB 2.0 headers. An AIO pump, an RGB controller, a fan hub and a front panel connector will use them up immediately. The HYTE Powered USB Hub takes one header and turns it into four, drawing its own power from a SATA connector so the extra devices do not load the motherboard header.

Why SATA power matters
Passive USB splitters share the header's power budget between everything plugged in, which is where AIO pumps and RGB controllers start dropping off in software. This one takes power from the PSU directly, so each port gets a full allocation up to the 20W total.
Before you buy: This is USB 2.0 only. It will not work for front panel USB 3.0 or Type-C front panel headers, those use different connectors entirely. The magnets hold on steel chassis panels, use the adhesive strip on aluminium or glass sections.
In the box: 1x Powered USB Hub, 1x detachable USB-C cable, 1x adhesive strip
