A 9Nm direct drive wheelbase with a 21 bit magnetic encoder, meaning over two million position readings per revolution. That resolution is what separates a base that communicates road texture from one that only communicates cornering load.

This is a base only
No steering wheel and no pedals are included. You need a MOZA wheel rim to attach to it and a pedal set to go with it. If you want a complete setup in one purchase, look at the R5 Pro or R3 bundles instead.
At 9Nm, mount it properly
A table clamp will hold a 9Nm base, but under load the desk will flex and you will feel that flex rather than the car. At this torque level a bolted rig or at minimum a very solid desk with the 4 hole bottom mount is worth the investment. The base is only as good as what it is attached to.
PC only. No console support.
