The adjustable damper is the feature to care about
Sequential shifters live or die on the weight of the throw. Too light and it feels like a toy, too heavy and it is tiring over a long race. Being able to tune that is what separates this from cheaper sequential shifters with a fixed feel. The 64mm of height adjustment matters for the same reason: the lever should fall to hand from your normal driving position.
The M12 x 1.5 knob thread is a standard size, so aftermarket shift knobs fit.
Mounting note: On an aluminium profile rig you will need the MOZA Universal Mounting Plate, which is sold separately.
