Why a 400mm wheel

A racing wheel is 280 to 320mm. A real truck wheel is closer to 450mm. The 400mm TSW sits between the two, which gives the arm movement and the slower steering feel that truck simulation is about. Using a 300mm racing rim for trucking works, but it feels wrong in a way that is hard to ignore once you have tried the alternative.

The pedal set is two pedals, throttle and brake. No clutch. That is a real limitation for truck simulation, where manual gearboxes are part of the appeal. Budget for a clutch pedal if you want the full experience.

MOZA now sells two truck bundles. This one, SKU RS071, uses the R5 base at 5.5Nm and SR-P Lite pedals. A newer R5 Pro Truck Driving Simulator uses the 6Nm R5 Pro base and SRP Lite2 pedals. Ask us which is in stock if the difference matters to you.
