MSI Modern MD272UPHW 27 Inch 4K IPS Monitor White

A 27 inch 4K IPS panel that doubles as a laptop dock. One USB-C cable carries video, data and 98W of power, so a laptop charges while driving the display and using the monitor's USB ports. Factory calibrated to Delta-E under 2, which puts it in genuine colour work territory rather than just claiming it.

Colour accuracy

97 percent DCI-P3, 94 percent Adobe RGB and 124 percent sRGB, 10 bit, with factory calibration to Delta-E 2 or better. VESA DisplayHDR 400 at 400 nits.

Docking and KVM

The USB-C port does DisplayPort Alt Mode plus 98W Power Delivery. Behind it sits a 5Gbps hub with three USB-A ports and a USB-B upstream. The built in KVM switch lets one keyboard and mouse control a laptop and a desktop, switching between them from the monitor.

Ergonomics

Full four way stand: tilt, 110mm height range, 30 degrees swivel each way, and 90 degree pivot into portrait.

This is a 60Hz panel. It is built for colour work and desk productivity, not gaming. The VESA pattern is 75 x 75mm, not the more common 100 x 100mm, so check your arm before ordering.
