Capacity, stated plainly
32GB in total, as two 16GB modules. The number in TeamGroup's part number is always the kit total, not the per module capacity.
3200 CL16 is the DDR4 recommendation. Wide board compatibility, meaningfully lower latency than a CL22 module, and one BIOS setting to enable.
49mm tall. RGB memory is around 17mm taller than plain modules. Measure your CPU cooler's clearance over the memory slots before ordering, because this is the most common reason a build does not go together.
