Note the timings against the white 8GB
This black 8GB module runs CL16-18-18-38. The white 8GB runs CL16-20-20-40. Same headline CAS latency, but this one has tighter secondaries and is marginally faster. Different IC revision, not a colour effect. Worth knowing if you are choosing purely on performance.
Height warning
49mm tall. That is significantly more than the 32mm of plain memory, and it is the most common reason RGB modules foul a large tower cooler. Measure your cooler's clearance over the memory slots before ordering.
