This is an Intel oriented kit. On AMD AM5, 6400 usually pushes the memory controller to a 2:1 ratio and a 6000 CL30 64GB kit will typically perform better. On Intel, the extra bandwidth is real.
Two dense modules at 6400 is demanding. Update the BIOS before installing and expect a long first boot while memory trains. If the board fails to post, clear CMOS and try the JEDEC default before assuming the memory is faulty.
