Single module
This is one 16GB stick. For dual channel, buy two. A single 16GB module in a dual channel board runs at single channel bandwidth, which is a meaningful performance loss in games and a severe one on integrated graphics.
5200 versus 6000
DDR5-5200 at CL40 is the JEDEC baseline speed and works on every DDR5 board without tuning. The 6000MHz CL38 and CL30 Vulcan modules are faster and cost more. On an AMD Ryzen system, 6000 is generally the sweet spot because it matches the memory controller ratio. On Intel the difference is smaller. If you are building on Ryzen and can afford it, step up.
Advertised as XMP 3.0. TeamGroup's current spec sheet also mentions EXPO on the Vulcan line, but their retail pages list XMP only, and EXPO is the differentiator of the separate VULCANα range. We are listing XMP 3.0 rather than claiming EXPO we cannot verify on this SKU.
