Single module, and here that can be deliberate
This is one 32GB stick. Running one gives up dual channel bandwidth, which costs performance. But if your board has two slots and you want 32GB now and 64GB later, buying one 32GB module is a reasonable path, provided you accept single channel performance in the meantime.
If you want 32GB with full bandwidth today, two 16GB modules is the correct purchase, not one 32GB.
Density and speed
Higher capacity modules put more load on the memory controller, which is why the fastest DDR5 kits are usually built from 16GB sticks rather than 32GB ones. At 5200 that is not a concern. It becomes one above 6400.
