CL16 against the ELITE line's CL22
At the same 3200MHz clock, CL16 responds in 16 cycles rather than 22. That is roughly a 27 percent latency reduction, and on Ryzen especially it shows up in games. The price gap between a CL22 value module and a CL16 gaming one is usually small. Take the CL16.
The trade is 1.35V rather than 1.2V, which is why the heatspreader is there. This is normal for a DDR4 performance module.
