3600 CL18 or 3200 CL16
The two work out very close in real latency, around 10 nanoseconds each. The 3600 kit has more bandwidth.
On AMD Ryzen 3000 and 5000, 3600 is the specification to target, because it lets the Infinity Fabric run at 1800MHz in a 1:1 ratio with the memory. That is a genuine architectural advantage, not a marketing one, and it is worth having.
On Intel the difference is smaller and 3200 CL16 is fine.
One module. Two are needed for dual channel.
