The Tower 300 is designed to stand upright. This kit lets you lay it on its side instead, supplying a display stand plus the bottom cover panel needed to close off the base once the case is no longer sitting on it.

Why you need the bottom cover too
Turning The Tower 300 on its side exposes the base intake, which is why the kit includes a cover panel and not just a stand. The cover carries its own dust filter so the airflow path stays filtered in the horizontal orientation.
Compatibility: The Tower 300 only. The Tower 600 uses a different, larger stand kit (AC-076 series).
