LA line versus TH line, honestly
The LA360 is the cheaper cooler and the specifications say so. Its fans move 79.3 CFM at 3.45 mmH2O against the TH360 V3's 85.29 CFM at 3.86 mmH2O, and it is slightly louder at 38.35 dB(A) against 37.8. The tubing is 380mm rather than 460mm, which matters if your case mounts the radiator in the top and the block sits low.
None of that makes it a bad cooler for a mid range processor. It does mean that if you are cooling a high wattage i9 or Ryzen 9, the TH360 V3 is the better buy.
