1. Conditions for Refunds, Returns & Replacements
- Eligibility:
- Defective, damaged-in-delivery, or wrong items.
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory showing:
- Package condition before opening.
- Full unboxing process.
- Product details highlighting any damage/defect.
- Claims without video cannot be processed.
- Time Frame:
- Initiate requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Late requests may be declined.
2. Process
- Refund:
- We review your claim and video evidence.
- Approved resolutions:
- Full refund to original payment method.
- Replacement or return.
- Processing takes 5–7 working days after approval.
- Return:
- We’ll share return instructions once approved.
- Return in original packaging with all accessories & manuals.
- Replacement:
- No-cost replacement for defective, broken, or wrong items.
- Video evidence is required.
- If out of stock, you’ll be offered refund or restock timeline.
- Customer Responsibility:
- Inspect and record unboxing carefully.
- Handle packaging gently to support your claim.
3. Terms & Conditions
- Processing only after unboxing video & issue verification.
- No refund if mishandled post-delivery or evidence is insufficient.
- Refunds issued only to original payment method.
- Returns/replacements require original packaging & all accessories intact.
