1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: All regions across India.
  • International: Not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days for most regions.
  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery within 2–3 business days. Additional charges apply.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders across India.

3. Processing Time

  • For products in stock, orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • For products in transit to our warehouses, orders will be processed and handed to delivery partners within 3-4 days.
  • For products on back-order, shipping is on a first-come, first-served basis as stock becomes available.
  • For pre-order products, shipping will occur on or before the promised shipping date. Customers will be notified in advance if there are delays from the manufacturer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on product weight and shipping method:

  • For products under 5 kg: Shipped via air. Delivery within 2-3 working days, excluding delays caused by technical faults, courier issues, or natural calamities.
  • For products over 10 kg: Shipped via surface. Delivery within 5-7 working days, excluding unforeseen delays.

Expedited surface shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
